Cindy arrived at Mr. Hettenbaugh's home for a scheduled routine visit and found that the gate to his property was locked when it was supposed to open for her to drive up to his home. When she called him he refused to come down to open the gate and asked her to come back some other time. Cindy's intuition kicked in and immediately, she knew something was wrong. She climbed the six foot fence and hurried up the mile-long driveway. Cindy found Mr. Hettenbaugh on the floor of his home having difficulty breathing.
