The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) created the Home Health Compare website to provide information useful to consumers seeking home health services. The site displays star ratings – with five stars representing the highest rating – to summarize the provider’s quality of patient care for the Quality of Patient Care Star Rating program.
While Kindred at Home and its affiliates comprise the nation’s largest home health operation, we also strive to be the very best home health provider. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality and most compassionate care and support to our patients in their place of residence.
Several Kindred at Home facilities outperform the national average in the CMS star ratings, earning four-star, four-and-one-half-star, and even five-star ratings. Below is a listing of Kindred at Home and its affiliates’ top performers for the most recent CMS rating period (January 2017).
